Head of Coastal Research Lead

Advisory Group

The role of the Advisory Group is to provide technical and specialist support to the Head of Coastal Research. The Head of Coastal Research generally convenes two Advisory Group meetings a year in order to assess applications submitted for new research projects in the context of KFKI’s research agenda. Administrative Office

The Administrative Office coordinates the KFKI’s activities, the publication of the journal series Die Küste, and is in charge of the KFKI’s Library and its public outreach. The KFKI’s Administrative Office is based at the Hamburg Office of the German Federal Waterways Engineering and Research Institute (BAW) as a part of the Coastal Engineering Section.
